Leela Khastgir Hall provide classrooms for Balvikas.

The Hindu community celebrates various festivals, cultural events, and family celebrations at this hall. The Hindu Temple of Oklahoma organizes seminars, lectures, Yoga classes, and medical camps at this facility.

Various other classes like Indian classical music and dances are also conducted at this venue.

Other Expenses

  • $350 Refundable Deposit Required for booking hall. Appropriate amount of deposit will be refunded after inspection of Leela Khastgir Hall facilities after use
  • $60 per hour Security Service Charges
  • $350 Dumpster Overfill Charge
  • $415 per hour Exceeding Contract Rental Time
  • Use of AV system requires hiring an AV tech at estimated $90.00 per hour
  • Any function / events overpass contract time need to pay $150.00 per hour and a $25.00 per hour to attending manager
  • Contract timing is from 8.00 AM to 12.00 midnight, if needed after midnight charges would be $200.00 per hour and a $25.00 per hour to attending manager
  • Event Insurance Required  - Discuss with Temple Manager

Important Notes

  • Reservation of the hall is subjected to availability
  • Event insurance is mandatory for all reservations
  • You are responsible for cleaning & removal of trash
  • There is no twenty four (24) hours contract of rental
  • If there is no other activities on previous day only twelve (12) hours renter will get couple hours to decorate the stage or hall. It depends upon LKFCH (hall) committee
  • Temple management and the hall (LKFCH) has full right to cancelled the contract if any in-apropriate activities involve by renter or his/her guests
  • Please discuss Audio Video support with Temple Manager
