Brahmotsavam 2026 schedule

Brahmotsavam 2026

Explained by Acharya Srinivasa Vedala

Brahmotsavam is the grand annual festival of Lord Sri Venkateswara, traditionally believed to have first been celebrated by Lord Brahma. Conducted according to the Pancharatra Agama, it combines Vedic yajnas, Agamic worship, sacred processions, devotional music, and community participation. Through these ceremonies devotees seek the blessings of Lord Srinivasa and
Goddess Mahalakshmi for peace, prosperity, protection, spiritual growth, and ultimately moksha.
Throughout the festival the Lord graciously comes forth through the Utsavas to bless all devotees.
This guide summarizes each worship session while highlighting the major rituals performed during the four-day celebration.
